Welcome to London on the 1–3 November, 2026!

Brunel University will be hosting BritCHI'26, the British Computer Society’s Interaction Specialist Group’s 39th Conference, as part of the long-running BCS HCI conference series).

The conference embraces and celebrates the broad nature of HCI, and seeks to grow and nurture the community across the UK and beyond. Although we welcome papers on any topic within HCI, our theme this year is Digital Bridges – exploring the digital connections and social impact that technology can make. BritCHI attracts a wide-ranging community of academics, researchers, industry practitioners, including doctoral and masters students, and its research topics span human-computer interaction, human factors, interaction and user experience design, explainable AI, information architecture, information systems, software engineering, and the social and behavioural sciences (among others).
