British HCI 2027 takes place from the 19th to the 21st of October 2027 at Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh campus.

The campus is set within 380 acres of parkland, with its own loch, and many nature walks to enjoy.

Getting There
The venue is conveniently located on the outskirts of Edinburgh and is exceptionally well-connected to international and domestic travel hubs.
Situated in Riccarton in southwest Edinburgh, the campus is only a short drive from Edinburgh Airport. A number of bus routes regularly service the campus to and from Edinburgh’s city centre.

Postgraduate Centre
Worshops, masterclasses, and the Doctorial Consortium will be taking place in the Postgraduate Centre (building 18 on the campus map). The centre includes a cafe, a 160-seats auditorium, several classrooms, and quieter study spaces.
James Watt Centre
The main conference will be in the James Watt centre (building 1 on the campus map). With two large rooms, a reception area and several quieter rooms to take calls and relax.
