BCS BritCHI 2026 takes place from the 1st to the 3rd of November at Brunel University.
The conference venue is conveniently located close to London so you have a huge range of options, whether you are travelling in from central or West London for the day, staying in Uxbridge at a local hotel, pub or airbnb, or spending the night at our on-site hotel.
Onsite Accommodation
Brunel is based on quite a compact campus site. The Lancaster Hotel is conveniently located just a couple of minutes walk away from the conference venue. It features a restaurant and bar, with 30 larger twin double rooms (perhaps for sharing?) and 40 smaller double rooms.
Discount for conference delegates
We have arranged a discounted rate at the Lancaster Hotel for conference delegates. To request this, please email the General Chairs, or wait for an update here on this site.
Other possibilities
We can’t personally vouch for these, but within walking distance, the Red Lion pub has been recommended, but there are plenty of other options a few minutes walk the university if you search online. Given our close proximity to Heathrow Airport, there are also numerous hotels across a range of budgets and levels of opulence in close proximity, but you may need a vehicle or public transport to access them.
